My partner and I bought a house. She left and now out of town. She refuses to cooperate with me on signing papers. Is there I can get her name off the papers if I can prove that she has not paid in anything into the morgage without her signing anything?

If she's on the title, she'll stay there until she relinquishes her claim to the house, or it's sold.
