my home was recently repossessed. However i own the land which was never in the mortage with the home. The mortage company has not came and remove the home after 4 months. I would like to know if I can charge storage fee. They kept sending different unknow people on my property to look at the home claiming they are going to buy it. What rights do I have.

You can contact the bank and ask them to remove the property asap from your land. If they don't do so, then you can claim storage fees.
