A timeshare is jointly owned by a couple in equal halves. Now the relationship is over. How can they sell off the property? They are not in talking terms.
Hi Cozy,
They will have to talk. Unless they talk, they won't be able to decide the sale price of the property. If they do not do so, then they can opt for partition lawsuit wherein the court will order the sale of the property.
Thanks,
Jerry
