have a paid off timeshare and recieved a notice of a lien in 10 days becuase we are not able to pay the maint. fees. Will they be able to take our home, garnish wages, keep tax returns or will it just ruin our credit?
Hi Guest,
If you do not satisfy the lien, the timeshare company will be able to take your property and sell it off to recover their dues. A lien will also have a negative effect on your credit report.
Thanks
