I own a time share that I have never used. I am behind in my HOA fees. How can I sell it? They won't resale or buy it back.
Hi carolyn!
Welcome to forums!
As far as I know, you will have to list the property in the market and check if you are getting good buyers or not. If you get good buyers, you can sell off the property. However, as far as HOA fees are concerned, you will have to pay them off. You can also take the help of an attorney and show him the timeshare docs so that he may guide you to take the correct steps.
Feel free to ask if you have further queries.
