My husband and I bought a timeshare in Las Vegas a few years back. It is paid in full, but want to get rid of it because of the maintenance fees are so costly. Doubled over the last 6 years. The resort won't take it back, for free!?? How do we get out from under this boulder?
--please help!
Hi Rosefinnie!

You can list the property in the market and sell it off. This will help you in getting rid of the property.
