I applied for a Loan Mod with Wells Fargo and have been what i believe is somewhat pre approved since im no the trial payment period.
how successful are loan mods after place on thet trial payment plan???
And if you are approved for the Trial plan are you somewhat approved if all your docs and income stay the same???

The trial period is based on your current condition and they are trying to evavlute to see if you will continue to make payment in the trial period
If you can keep up with the payment, then you have a very good chance of get it all the way

Hi Nina!
Welcome to forums!
If you can make your mortgage payments on time during the trial plan, there are high chances that you would qualify for a loan modification. However, in case, you get unemployed in the meanwhile or if you're unable to make the payments, then, the lender may not consider your request for modification of the loan.
Feel free to ask if you've further queries.
