My property is in foreclosure. I want to modify my loan in order to save the property as it is dear to my heart. But I am unemployed. Will I able to modify the loan?
Hi SOL,
As you're unemployed, there are less chances that you will be able to modify your loan. Unless the lender finds that you have some kind of income, there are less chances that he will consider you for a loan modification.
Thanks

Hi SOL!
Welcome to forums!
Without any kind of employment, it will be very difficult for you to convince the lender to give you a loan modification.
Feel free to ask if you've further queries.

Since you are unemployed, the lender will not agree to modify your loan. Unless you have some kind of income, the lender will believe you to be a defaulter. As such, you may not be able to save your property from foreclosure.
