approved rental assistant program for low income people on my house and move someone in it till this house sells- so i can move -i dont have enough money
to make payments and move both my income is 950.00
per month --
what other options do i have for this house ?
thanks bob
Hi knab,

You can apply for the USDA approved rental assistant program for low income people but it would be the lender's discretion whether or not he would approve you for the same.

If you're unable to make payments on your USDA loan, you can apply for a deed in lieu of foreclosure in order to get rid of the property. However, if your property is sold off in this manner, you may not be able to get qualified for a mortgage in the next 3-4 years.

Thanks
