i did not qualify for loan modication & lost my home can i get money to relocate

As far as I know, you will have to negotiate with your bank and decide upon the amount that you will receive to vacate the property.

I've never heard of a Lender paying any money to a homeowner to leave a repocessed property. Why would a Lender do that? Especially since they've lost so much money up to that point, and will lose more while the house is prepared for sale.

For all these it is no doubt very important to negotiate as, this will provide you with the details of how you will get everything as, it is totally depended on your property.
