I want to walk away from my house i do not need my house how can i do deed and Lou. I really don't need the house. Every time i talk to bank or non profit organization they send me a lot of paperwork. Please direct me to the right way i really appreciate it.
Hi Adeelhas,

Welcome to Mortgage fit,

Firstly Deed in lieu foreclosure does require approval from your existing lender.....Although they send you lots of paperwork, one must understand it is part of the process. If you file the paperwork on urgent basis, your case will be approved sooner,so I will advice you to complete the whole paperwork and even after submitting the docs, your lender is reluctant for DIL then surely you can have some stance to complain about them...

Feel free to ask any further query if you have........
