hI, my husband is in construction and the company went out of business and unemployment will not give him an extention, my company cut our weekly hrs, now my husband has been trying to get some side jobs how do i show my husband's income to put on the worksheet for the loan modifation? :?:
are these "side jobs" legitimate, in that there are taxes, etc. taken out of his gross pay? or are they cash jobs that put money in his pocket?
if the latter, then your most likely method is to simply explain things the way they are, and mentioning that he is, presumably, seeking new employment as well.

I think you should explain the thing to your mortgage lender that you are regularely putting the money in bank account as a part of the salary where your husbands gets money in cash format.
Your bank transaction is a good way to convince the person about the legitimacy that your husband is working, with that you can go ahead with the modification.
