My question is, my husband and I are entering into a quick deed arrangement for friends house. We are in the process of going though a attorney to draw up the paerwork. This arrangement I know will not show on our credit buyt for the grantor, do we get to claim the taxes on the home.

unless you pay mortgage you will not eb able to clam tax deduction.
quit claim deed gives you pocession of property not the loan. the loan will be still on yoru friends name
