wife got a quick claim deed during my children's dad married to her for 3 yrs. she left when he was very ill. he became better and started a divorce and changed his will not wanting her to have anything. He purchased land before he knew her and only put a mobile home on it with her. he died two days before the divorce was final. she after a year went up and sold it for cash with the deed. doesn't his will over see that?
get a lawyer if you want a legal opinion on this matter. wills/divorces, etc. complicate matters greatly. the timing of his death isn't too helpful, i'd have to believe.
