Can I in the state of Georgia MYSELF WITHOUT AN ATTORNEY change my warrany deed to my LLC
Hi,
As far as I'm aware of, you can transfer the property to your LLC through a warranty deed. You will sign the deed as grantor and your LLC would be the grantee. Once the deed has been signed, get it notarized and recorded with the county recorder's office. However, it is always advisable to get the help of an attorney while making changes to the title to avoid any issues in future.
