How do I know if there should be any transfer tax? My husband and I are on title and I am just trying to take my name off of it. And what is a TRA #? What does TRA stand for. I am trying to fill out the form myself and get this done as soon as possible.

Tax payment is the responsiblity of property owners who mentioned on property deed. If you not mentioned on deed,you are not responsible for taxes.
