I found out my daughter took out a quickclaim deed on my property without my knowledge. What would be the reason a person would need to take out a quickclaim deed?
Hi,
"I found out my daughter took out a quickclaim deed on my property without my knowledge."
I'm not sure what you mean when you say my daughter "took out a quickclaim deed on my property". Do you mean she signed a quit claim deed and transferred the property to someone else without informing you? Is she listed on the title to the property? If she is, then she has the right to sign over only her share of the property interest to someone else. If she is not on the title, she cannot transfer the ownership of this property.
