my daughter wants to sign the quit claim deed to me, she moved out of the house she doesn't want to do anything with the payments, now i told her if i am going to pay the house she has sign a quit claim deed. now in the document the grantee is my name, right? and grantor who has to sign both or just her.

thank you
Hi evahildadomin,

Your daughter is the current owner of the house and she will transfer the property title to you as a grantor. If you are on the title at present, you will also have to sign the deed as a grantor. But I think you are not currently listed on the title as an owner, right? In that case, your daughter is the only one who will sign the deed as grantor. You will have to sign the deed as a grantee.
