Hi domingue,
If your daughter wants to sign over her property interest to you, she will have to sign the quitclaim deed as a grantor. Since you are the one who will be receiving the ownership, you will be referred to as a grantee. Thus, your daughter will sign the deed as grantor, while you will sign the deed as grantee.
