i filed for bankruptcy before i was married..i want to refinance my house but i cant for another year.. do to the bankruptcy...if i transfer my deed into my wife's name(she has good credit) will she be able to refinance it ??

You can transfer the property to your wife and as she has a good credit, she will be able to refinance the mortgage in her name.
