I am wanting to buy a house and the owner was awarded the home in her divorce. Her ex husband is listed on it also. He is no where to be found and we are needing to know what we can do to get the house. Do we have to have him sign the deed to be able to buy it? If so how do we find him when he doesn't want to be found?[/b]

Unless the ex-husband signs the quitclaim deed and transfers the property to you, the property transfer won't be complete. You should contact a real estate attorney and take his opinion in this matter. He will guide you in order to take the right action.
