my two children have been harrassed by an aunt to sign their interest in land over to her through a quit claim deed. this aunt has harrassed them, sit in their yards at all hours of the night, threatened to sue them, and just
aggrivated them to the point they signed their interest over to her, so she would leave them alone.
this aunt is mentally unstable, and both kids are grown and have their own families but they are scared of this aunt and what she may do to them or their family if they do not cooperate.
i told them to take out a restraining order to keep her away from them, they just signed this quit claim deed for her last week, and now they want to reverse it, but they want her to stay away from them and their famlies. do they have a legal leg to stand on?

Hi sheric1229,
I doubt that you could be able to accomplish any substantial result in this whole happening. If aunt agrees to quitclaim back to these kids on her own then only there is some hope for getting back the property....
Feel free to ask any further query if you have.......
