i am my grandads poa,how do i transfer

i am my grandads power of attorney,in our poa papers ,it states that i have the right to sell,transfer,ect,our property.can i go to the reg. of deeds here in my county and have the property transfered in someone elses name.does he need to go?
Check with attorney......

If he's able he should go with you if it's his property

Is it a Durable Power of Attorney? If yes, in effect, you're the same as your Grandfather when it comes to those matters and he doesn't need to be with you.

With Reverse Mortgages, if you were to use the POA, the Lender would requires two supporting Doctor's letters, explaining why your Grandfather wasn't able to sign the documents by himself.
