My ex-spouse who I am not yet divorced to wants to do a reverse mortgage on our house. He wants me to sign the house to him. If I sign the house to him will I get half of what the house is worth. Both our names are on the deed and mortgage.

Once you sign the deed in your husband's favor, he will become the sole owner of the property. In that case, you won't be able to claim anything from the property.
