My grandmother is elderly and she has several properties. My sister and I are the power of attorneys over her estate/properties. Is there anyway we can transfer her properties over to us?
Hi veronicabuchanan!
Welcome to forums!
As you and your sister have power of attorneys from your grandmother, then you'll be able to sign a quitclaim deed on your grandmother's behalf and get the property transferred in your names.
Feel free to ask if you've further queries.
