Do I have to transfer deceased deed to "estate of" before I sell home or can I sell it with deceased name on deed?
Welcome cw,
You won't be able to sell off the property with the deceased person's name on the property deed. If you're the heir to the property, then you should file an affidavit of heirship at the county recorder's office and get the property transferred in your name and then sell it off.
