I am going over some deeds, and some deeds do not have a book and page number, in order for the deeds to be in some kind of order which date do I go by? is it the "Filed date" on the Deed" or the "Recorded date" on the Deed.

I believe all deeds are taken priority of when they are recorded. Same property loan taken out, deed recorded 1/1/11 then another loan and deed recorded 1/2/11. First recorded date, has lien priority over the other. Hope that helps answer your question.
