Deed is in my name as well as home spouse could'nt obtained credit and didnt have enough income. Now we are having problems possibly leading to divorce due to the act he doesn't want to get another job. I take care of all the bills which are in my nme due to he didn't want any in his name. I know Texas is a community property. What are my rights we have no kids together.
Hi ADexter!

Welcome to forums!

Both of you will be considered as the owners of the property as Texas is a community property state. Both of you have ownership rights and you may not be able to force your spouse to move out of the property.

Feel free to ask if you've further queries.
