what is the statute of limitations on a quitclaim deed claiming duress in Illinois?

My brother quit claimed his half of the condo to me for $70000 in Oct. 2004. He had just gotten out of jail and needed money. Now he has a "pro bono" lawyer claiming that he sold under duress (due to his recent release, fighting drug and alcohol addiction) at the time. What is the statute of limitations in Illinois for this kind of action.
Hi katicabogar!

Welcome to forums!

Well... I'm not sure about the SOL in Illinois for such things. I will suggest you to contact a real estate attorney and he will be able to guide you further in this matter.

Feel free to ask if you've further queries.
