My father wants to transfer his home to me before he remarries, would new wife have a claim to the property after his death?

my father wants to marry and illegal alien. they are living together and we wants to help her become legal. however, the property he owns, was a gift from me. he would like me to have it back after his death. if we transfer the property using a quit claim deed, would the new wife have a claim?
