Which deed does not pass Title to buyer:
1. Bargain and Sale deeds
2. Quitclaim deed
3. Forged Deed
4. No warranties

Hi Lily,

As far as I can understand - the last 2 options won't pass the title to the buyer. It will be better to contact a real estate attorney in this matter and take his opinion.
