I have recently divorce and my ex home and i retained ownership of our marital home. However, he is totally disable and his medicaid have been denied. He wants to transfer the property to me. Should he do a ladybird deed before the transfer?[size=12:5d4212e25d][/size:5d4212e25d][/left][/center]

Your ex can use a quitclaim deed in order to transfer the property to you. Once you notarize and record the deed, you will be considered as the owner of the property.
