I live in another state from where the property is in, wife wants property, where does this need to be filed.
Anything regarding the title or deeds to the property would need to be recorded in the county of the property. You can have documents overnighted to your state, and have notary witness your signature, and overnight the docs back to be recorded at the properties county recorder.
