my mother passed away, and there is just the three of us kids. our father had a quit claim deed done about 13 years ago. on in my mom's will she omitted my sister for plenty of reason. does this mean, my sister does not have any inst, in the home? does the will have more power than a quit claim deed?
Hi sammy!
Welcome to forums!
If your mother has omitted your sister from her will, then your sister may not have any claims over the property. I will suggest her to contact an attorney and take his opinion in this regard.
Feel free to ask if you've further queries.
