I would like to add my son and daughter to my timeshare deed. The property is paid and there are no morgtage payments or leins.
Also do I need a lawyer to prepare this deed?

Hey Derrik,
My advice is that if you want your son and daughter to have the benefit of owning the home, you should consider putting the property in a trust and making them the beneficiaries. If you do this, they will become the sole owners of the property if anything should happen to whomever the name on the deed is now.
Talk with your family law attorney, he/she will be able to provide more detailed information and help you to set up a trust.
Hope this helped you out !
