deeds property transfer

My dad passed away (drowned)leaving property without any mortgage to my brother and I. (we signed the papers, however, my mother forged new papers and had friend notary or took stamp herself saying she received property from my father before he drowned...clearly her hand writing, and they hadn't seen each other in 20 years. Well, she passed away and now a trustee said she holds the property and insist my brother and I are beneficiaries of it. However the tax assesors or property recorder says property still in Jennie (person who forged deed 9years ago still)My brother is friends with this trustee lady. Can I force trustee to put property back in my brother and my name as legally supposed to be. Sometimes I think he might be getting money from trustee due to equity in house and she told me she almost had to hold a trustee sale but talked judge out of it
ect and she says she wants to rent house out and not sell like I would rather do. Is there any way I can file for deed and put house lawfully back in my and brothers name half&half or have trustee sign deed over to me. Trustee has never showed me any paper work she has on my house ect. I feel she shouldn't have any say in my house, in addition, with her saying she holds house in trust I'm paying higher property tax due to my disabled status that allows me to save on taxes, and what about tax writeoffs on
owning real estate? Any advice would be helpful or how should I question this trustee? Please pass this question on if unable to answer..
