my niece lied and gave false information about a deed that we transferred over to her because she was homeless come to find out she never was put out the shelter she left but she said the shelter hired their own lawyer and they processed the deed for us to sign so this way she can have my Mothers home I asked her who signed and did the deed she said the lawyer at the shelter come to find out t she went to north carolina and did the transactions herself
You can take your niece to the court.
