We believe our property was sold by the city (lake property) to adjacent landowners when that propery was never owned by them. Our property discription states that we own all property but lots 1-15 in a subdivision that was created by the previous owners. The only exceptions are the roadways conveyed to the public, City easement to cross the property to check the lake, and the water that flooded the lake. How do we pursue reversing the sale of this property?
Welcome lela,
As far as I can understand, you are in a tough situation. It will be better if you could contact a real estate attorney and take his opinion in this regard.
