My husband wants a divorce because of my adultery. In WV can I file a quit claim leaving ownership of the marital property solely to him as an incentive to get him to stay in the marriage?
Hi RT,
You can sign a quitclaim deed in order to transfer the property solely to your husband. But I personally feel that an inter-spousal transfer deed will be the best option for you to transfer the property to your husband.
Thanks

Hi RT!
Welcome to forums!
If the property is free and clear, then you can even use a warranty deed in order to give full ownership of the property to your husband.
Feel free to ask if you've further queries.
