Have 2 properties, 2 seperate deeds, on one land contract.
I want to sell one, but the owner says its legally to expensive to seperate. My bank says, its not. Just show payoff statement on one and buy out and keep other on land contract. Owner wont because he says its to expensive.
thoughts??

Hi Rose,
You and the owner should speak to a real estate attorney and check out the costs requited to separate the land contract. This will make things easier for you. You can easily convince the owner about this.
Thanks

Talk to your attorney about this. He may be able to provide you a suitable solution for your situation.
