son had condo with girlfriend for 5 months , they are both on deed,they each put about 4000 down payment on a 105,000 condo, I am the personal rep. of his estate through probate in michigan . what do I have to do?

That said I will do my best to answer - first what is the plan for the home and what is it you are trying to do? Since the GF is on the mortgage she is responsible for continuing the payments. If she doesnt she will ruin her credit - Hopefuly you are on good terms with her and can work cooperatively with her to resolve this issue - are you trying to close loose ends or is there a monetary value that you are trying to get out of the condo for the estate? If there is little to no money the easiest thing to do would be nothing and let the GF keep the home - of course that is if it works for her - if there is money to be had or she cannot keep up payment on her own the next easiest solution would be to sell -
