Does a Quick Claim Deed signed in 03/2006 with one brother & one sister & the third sibling brother who is not on the QCD take precedence over the Living Will which divided all properties equally among the 3 siblings. The living will was back in the late 80's and was filed in PA. The QCD signed in 2006 was filed in FL.
So in the 80's they got the property through an inheritance and in 2006 they gave their share away via a QCD - the QCD will take precedence since it is the most recent - you cannot sign over a property via a deed and then try and get it back. Too late
