My mother is deceased, and has property she wanted to add the daughters to.( From the time she stated her wishes and her passing was a short window) There is no will and the daughters/ us do not want to make any changes to what how the land is being used currently. We live in georgia. What do we need to do to add all our names to the property?
Laws may vary state to state however in most cases you will need to go to court after the passing - the courts can allow the title change if there is money owed it is a litlle more complicated as the bank will need to agree - if money is owed keep paying or the bank can and will foreclose
