Hi,
My husband quitclaimed our home to me as my sole and seperate, I have since refinanced and in the middle of a divorce. We separated due to domestic violence 1 month after moving in to our home in 12/02...he recently paroled after 4 years and wants to fight for half. How does this work

Hi Elvie,
As he had quit claimed the home over to you, now he has no rights over it and the divorce court will also not consider any of his claims to ownership of the home.

Yes Elvie, I also agree with Niicss, your husband cannot claim any share out of the home after he has already quit claimed it to you as your sole & separate property. I do not know on what basis he is trying to claim a share out of it.

Yes Elvie, I also agree with Niicss, your husband cannot claim any share out of the home after he has already quit claimed it to you as your sole & separate property. I do not know on what basis he is trying to claim a share out of it.
