Would a Quit Claim Deed be the way to go to transfer an estate to avoid uncapping of taxes?

Parents want to transfer their estate (quite substantial) to their three daughters. We all would like to know the best way to do this with them having life time tenancy and the children not having to pay high taxes on the property - uncapped property taxes, inheritance tax, etc.
talk to a CPA

I agree with Eugene. I would recommend that a CPA and possibly an attorney be consulted. There are certain way to establish trusts and/or transfer property without the resulting tax ramifications but there is not a simple, standard answer.

A professional educated and certified in tax law will be able to give you sound advice that could save a lot of money.
