I own a house (no mortgage) in California, and would like to add my daughter to deed so that she will be joint owner with rights to survivor ship. What form do I need to do this?
Hi Leona,
You can use a quit claim deed in order to add your daughter to the property deed. While you draft the deed, you can include the clause of joint tenancy with rights of survivorship.
Thanks
