will adding my daughters to a deed affect them in the future if they apply for a home loan

I am 15 years divorced, have 2 adult daughters. Their father has a piece of property that he is thinking of adding their names to, and I need to do an interspousal grant deed (we missed it when we divorced). He thinks adding their names will affect their ability to get a first time home buyers mortgage in the future. I can't see how, but is it possible?
Hi cwash,

If your daughters already have a property in their name, then they won't be considered as first time home buyers. Thus, they won't be able to take any benefits that are offered to the first time home buyers on a time to time basis.
