Is it a bad idea to include a sketch of a tract of land, as well as the original legal description in a deed. It just seems that this would help, but i'm no attorney...
ALSO, in a standard deed, when asked for a "brief description for the Index:" what sort of information would that include. (the warranty deed i just had an atty do, does not refer anything like this. Would it be something like Warranty deed form jane doe to paul doe? It just seems redundant...
I appreciate your advice...

Welcome Maximo,
It will be better if you could contact a real estate attorney and take his opinion regarding the legal description and of the property and adding a tract of land in the property deed. He will guide you in a better way in this regard.
