What is the simplest way to add my child to my property title?
Hi Jackie!
Welcome to the forums!
The simplest way to add your child to the property title is quitclaim deed. However, the child must be an adult to add him/her to the property tile. Underaged or minors cannot be added to property title.
Feel free to ask if you have further queries.

Hi Jackie!
If your child is an adult, then you can simply add him or her with the help of a quitclaim deed. If they are minors, then you will have to wait until they are of age and then add them.
Thanks,
Jerry
