Hi, I just joined this wonderful community..
This is the situation.
I'm buying a home cash for my mother.. and since its a cash purchase. my question is
At closing .. since all the initial paperwork is under her name..
can I put my name on the title deed along with her name.. at closing?
OR do I have to wait and do a quit claim later.. after closing?

It does not matter whether it is a cash purchase although it makes it easier not having a bank in the middle of the process. Yes, you can put your name on the deed. Just instruct whoever is handling the title work for you to add you.
Thank you so much......Eric....
